IT Executive - Technical Support (5-7 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Others)

Experience: 5 to 7years Location: Gurugram Job Description Responsibilities :- - Monitor and maintain computer systems and network issues.
-Monitor user Server backups on a daily weekly and monthly basis - Preparing Various Reports like Daily Checklist, Daily Backup Report, Weekly Incident Report - Monitor all the CCTV cameras in the Northern Region on a weekly basis.
-Weekly 3 to 4 days visited remote locations and checking all the IT related issues and checking CCTV UPS - Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs. updated on weekly and daily and monthly basics IT reports.
-IT Requirement Evaluation, Recommendation and Procurement - Processing all the invoices and bills on Intime.
-Managing IT Assets Inventory Communication Links / Mobile Connection/Data Card Management - Monitoring MPLS lines on a regular basis Branch office Network Management.
-Technical Support for users across the northern region - Monitoring and managing File server and Tape drive - Coordination with vendors for IT Hardware peripheral, Preparing comparison Sheet for purchase of IT peripheral - Setting up new offices and warehouses - Vendor selection - Preventive maintenance of IT Equipment - Any Other work assigned by management time to time Skill Set : IT asset maintenance, resolving IT issues, Managing IT Assets Inventory Communication Links / Mobile Connection/Data Card Management, etc.
