Senior CyberArk Security Analyst - PIM Infrastructure (6-12 Yrs) Mumbai (Others)

CyberArk certified : Sentry (this is the L3 certification) Job Description : - Perform PIM (Cyber Ark) support operations on day-to-day basis - Monitoring and Management of CyberArk PIM Infrastructure - User provisioning and Workflow Might need to support MS FIM, IBM TAM and other IAM Solutions when required - In co-ordination with and Customers Security Teams, perform actions to maintain Service Level Objectives as well as security, audit and compliance tasks Strive for continuous improvement to improve service and support operations - Experience in implementation and management of at least two of the following Privileged Identity Management Solutions (Cyber-Ark) - Good understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the following directories: (Oracle Internet Directory/Oracle Virtual Directory, Sun Directory Server, Active Directory, Tivoli Directory Server) - Create and administrate new safes, accounts, platforms in CyberArk - Linking of new platforms to CyberArk - Support of the project team on new administration concepts for CyberArk - Hands-on experience of Cyber Ark DR Drill setup - Good knowledge of Linux and Windows Administration - Practical experience with Database Administration - Backup Administration skill - Skills on any IAM Tool - Practical experience with Incident / Ticketing Tools like HPSM / Maximo / Remedy / Tivoli - Batch-Import and PACLI skills - nice to have - Knowledge of troubleshooting using Sniffers, TCP Dump, and Wireshark - People Management skills
