KRA: 1. Integrating of the backend APIs for enabling transactions as required by the PG. 2. If renewals are supported by PG, integrating renewals and cancelation of subscriptions. 3. Tracking all states of the transaction correctly through DBs for validation. 4. Implementing reconciliation for transactions which end up in erroneous states. 5. Automated Invoicing and Credit Notes for transactions. 6. Common identifier between PG and front-end systems to be identified and documented. 7. Onboard the partner into our systems by creating partner credentials in ALT. 8. Implement and publish partner specific APIs if any in addition to existing Syndication APIs. 9. Tracking registrations and subscriptions coming in via this partner. 10. Ingest analytics shared by the partner into our existing analytics systems. 11. Research on new APIs & developing Proof Of Concepts 12. Design the technical solution for implementation of the feature on the front-end. 13. Plan the sprint and assign responsibilities to developers. 14. Implement the feature if part of the developer team in the sprint. 15. Track risks and issues in implementation during the sprint, mitigate or replan the sprint. 16. Code review of the feature before merging into active branches. 17. Unit test the feature within the development team. 18. Tracking bugs and requirement changes, planning and executing fixes and solutions without violating the original solution design. 19. Design a caching strategy for unchanging data OR change in subscription logic to improve user experience. 20. Software design to implement the strategy, plan implementation tasks. 21. Implement the strategy within estimated timelines. 22. Developer testing to ensure correct behavior in all cases. 23. Define scope of new functionality to be implemented at the backend (Xstream). 24. Fix acceptance criteria for the final deliverable. 25. Testing the APIs upon delivery for correct functionality. 26. Identify bottlenecks in existing architecture (latency, capacity). 27. Redesign implementations if necessary to alleviate bottlenecks. 28. Redeploy changed implementations and verify that the bottleneck is alleviated (increased capacity, decreased latency). 29. Design and implement systems for emails and smses while ensuring privacy (GDPR). 30. Implement and extend the CRM dashboard as per the CRM team requirements. 31. Integrate systems for revenue reconciliation between our DBs, PG dashboards and Xstream backend. 32. Implementing and executing POCs for CDN alternatives, Ingest alternatives, Front-end SDKs for analytics, video playback optimization. 33. Measuring rebuffer rates for Indian and ROW geographies down to the city level.
