Team Leader - Software & Hardware Development (8-15 Yrs) Overseas/International (Semiconductor/VLSI/EDA)

- Management of approx. 10 employees as well as determination of the medium and long-term development goals together with the head of software / electronics drives - Responsibility for compliance with the application software development process at our sites worldwide - Fulfillment of customer and Brose requirements, as well as the implementation of the basic software (controllers and algorithms) - Control and release of system requirement specification and application software in worldwide projects - Conducting training in the software development team and within the business units Your profile : - Successfully completed technical studies, ideally electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer engineering or comparable - At least 8 years experience in software development, first leadership experience desirable - Very good basic understanding of mechatronic systems, as well as knowledge in the field of automotive electronics and networking - Sound knowledge in project management - Reliable, structured and assertive
