Vice President - Global Delivery (13-18 Yrs) Pune (Systems/Product Software)

Job description : Do you have an eye for detail and experience developing high performance consumer websites- Were looking for someone to lead our technology team in developing the next generation of travel services. Your responsibilities will be to : - Lead all aspects of technology product development in line with the companys strategic direction; - Lead the strategy for technology platforms partnerships, - Responsible for Team and cost management.
-Responsible and accountable for the offshore product development delivery alignment to the product strategy and technology standards including quality of outputs and documentation.
-Build manage the technology team any outsourced contractors; - Own the security and maintenance of all technology platforms; - Recommend external vendors provide internal solutions for business technologies such as sales CRMs, database management etc; - Create deliver the technology product roadmap to deliver the most awesome customer stakeholder experiences; - Work closely with the executive team on customer stakeholder feedback mechanisms to ensure an awesome customer experience; - Constantly innovate drive/reward innovation across the team.
-Travel to, and represent us at financial meetings outside the city/country when necessary Youll need to have : - Good communication skills - A degree in computer engineering / science - MCSD/PD certification or 10 years experience The ideal candidate is : - Experience into AI, Data Mining, Text Document Analysis, Document Search Knowledge Discovery Powered by AI (would be an Advantage) - Strong communication and Presentation Skills.
-Ability and an experience to Identify Issues and Resolving them.
