-Support existing software application to cover incident management, request management, problem management and release management.
-Respond to the incidents and requests within the SLA period.
-They may manage small projects with oversight from their supervisor - Works on multiple applications.
-Develops innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis.
-Participates critical projects, client engagements or business processes.
-Provides design and documentation at an application or function capability level.
-Participates in establishing and maintaining application standards and processes.
-Effectively communicates application and technical direction to the business and within the clients IT organization.
-Strong knowledge of coding, testing and debugging applications.
-Strong knowledge of application configuration, maintenance, and support.
-Applies broad knowledge of application programming and design to analyze and isolate issues.
-Exceptional ability to effectively troubleshoot program errors.
-Follow ITIL processes for incidents, changes, and requests.
-Willingness to work shift including US day shift.
-Typically requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
