Technical Product Manager - Distributed Systems (7-11 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram/Hyderabad (Others)

Responsibility : - Drive evaluation of technical solutions and recommend the best solution in order to meet business requirements - Manage, prioritize, and drive all technical issues, trouble tickets, bug log, and technical request prioritization for the program - Ensure efficient, smooth communication and coordination across various product and technical teams and locations - Drive critical technical issues to completion in a timely manner - Be a guardian of world-class customer experience; continually raise the bar on functionality, flow, scalability, usability, and simplicity - Be the main interface and influencer between the product owners and technical teams; act as an advisor/consultant to ensure alignment and excellent coordination - Break down marketing and business requirements into technical requirements - Track progress towards goals, and report status to product, business development, and technical leadership - Provide analysis and recommendation of trade-offs to ship product without compromising customer experience and minimize business risks Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent - 5 years managing large, complex, cross-functional technical programs - 2 years as either a SDE/Developer or a Development Project/Program Manager - Experience building distributed systems and designing large scale web applications - Experience working across time zones with remote teams and external partners - Well versed in agile/iterative development methodologies - Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills - Strong oral and written communication skills - Ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize Preferred Qualifications : - Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent - Advanced Excel, Visio, MS Project - PMP Certification
