Vice President - Technology & Engineering (6-13 Yrs) Mumbai (Systems/Product Software)

Key Responsibilities : Key responsibilities : - Manage a team of engineers - Provide specific, quality focused, coaching for each member of your team on a daily basis - Ensure the quality of the deliverables from your team - Make clear, data-driven decisions, to ensure peak performance of your team, and act upon them - Deep dive into problems in your team and resolve the root causes - Deliver weekly team performance data and insights to senior management - You will act as a technical leader, develop technical strategies and represent technological assets.
-Essentially a connector of broader company goals with day-to-day development objectives, the VP of Technology plays an integral role in the smooth functioning of the product business. Minimum Requirements : - Minimum 6 years of experience in managing technology teams - Have experience in working on large scale applications, preferably in microservices setup.
-Must have experience in dealing with multiple web and database technologies - Capability to be hands-on whenever its required.
-Willingness to work in a highly dynamic environment
