PZV - Engineering Lead - Java Technology - Spring/Hibernate (8-10 Yrs) Bangalore (Systems/Product Software)

We are looking for a highly skilled Engineering lead who has 10 - 12 Years of Experience in Developing Enterprise class software for Industrial companies in Java Technology . Specifically in the Order to Cash area.
-Experience building highly-scalable web-based software systems, utilizing N-tier Architecture and Microservices - Experience in building services and applications with Service oriented architecture, preferably using REST.
-Strong expertise in all of the following Java-based technologies : 1. Spring, Hibernate Frameworks 2. REST-API development 3. Spring Security, Integration - Working knowledge of Scripting languages such as XSL, JavaScript - Understanding of Integration technologies such as Apache Camel, Spring Integration.
-Excellent People Management and Release Management Skills - Worked on minimum of 3 releases in product or project - Must have excellent Project Program Management Skills - Successful and consistent track record working for Startups - Self-starting, energetic team player with great technical knowledge, skill and technical interest.
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Functional knowledge of e-Commerce, supply chain management, order management - Highly motivated team player and diligent worker with experience and flexibility. Education : Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science with Distinction
