Position Overview :We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging AI solutions to enhance project management processes and will possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. As a CRM, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.Location : Delhi NCRResponsibilities :- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the real estate industry.- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.- Understand clients project management challenges and offer tailored solutions using our AI-based consultancy services.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to clients needs and objectives.- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client accounts.- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic insights to clients.Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
