We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Callers/TeleSales Executive in Chennai to contribute in generating sales for our company. An effective TeleSales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.Responsibilities :- Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented - Contact potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by the company - Answer queries about products or the company.
-Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
-Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.
-Leads follow-up. Convert Leads to Site Visit.
-Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed - Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
-Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
-Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
-E-mail Communication.Eligibility/Qualifications : - Gender : Only Females are preferred.
-Age Limit : Between 20 to 30 years.
-Education : Bachelors (Preferred).
-Experience : Candidates should have a minimum of 6months experience in Telesales with- Good communication skills.
-Ability to commute/relocate : Maraimalai Nagar Chennai, Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).Languages : - Fluent English is a must. Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam (Preferred) - Chennai Location.
