Your primary responsibility will be to lead and oversee the entire sales function, ensuring that our sales teams are aligned with the company- s growth objectives.
-You will develop and implement sales strategies, optimize sales processes, and ensure that targets are met or exceeded. Your leadership will be key in fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration, driving the success of the company s sales operations.Roles & Responsibilities :Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company s overall business goals across the Automobile, Hospitality, and Real Estate sectors.Sales Operations Management: Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and the achievement of sales targets.Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding customer base, and enhancing customer satisfaction.Process Optimization: Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness across all sales channels.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Customer Relationship Management: Ensure strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, maintaining a customer-centric approach to all sales activities.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team for strategic decision-making.Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for market expansion, including new product launches and entry into new geographic regions.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor- s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.Experience : A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role, preferably with an OEM or Automobile DealershipIndustry Knowledg : Strong understanding of sales dynamics in the Automobile sector.Technical Skills : Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance management tools. Familiarity with digital sales channels is an advantage.Leadership : Proven ability to lead large, diverse sales teams and drive results in a competitive market environment.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.What We Are Looking For :We are looking for a visionary and results-oriented COO of Sales who is not only a sales expert but also a strategic leader capable of driving growth in automobile retail environment.
