Location: Vasna, Vadodara [will involve within city travel on need basis]Roles & Responsibilities:- Drive growth and expansion of our IT solutions & services.- Identify potential clients and markets for pitching our solutions.
-Service and connect effectively with existing or incoming clients to provide them with need-based solutions.
-Build strong client relationships and lead the sales & servicing efforts to achieve revenue targets.- Be aware of market dynamics and competition to stay ahead in the industry- Act as primary point of contact for client queries, inquiries, escalations and concerns.
-Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to close deals promptly and effectively.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and prepare regular reports for senior management. Knowledge competencies:- Demonstrate customer centric behavior and solve problems for the customer- Be results driven with the focus to meet & exceed targets- Ability to learn on-the-go and work independently as well as a part of the team- Good communication and negotiation skills- Two-wheeler (with valid driver s license) is a must-have.
