Avance Consulting Services is hiring for the role of EOR Sales Specialist!Responsibilities of the Candidate :- Lead Generation : Actively prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking to generate leads.- Sales Presentations : Create and deliver compelling sales pitches to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of EOR services.- Client Conversion : Ensure high lead-to-conversion ratios by developing relationships with clients and addressing their unique needs.- Vendor Relationships : Establish and maintain connections with vendors across different geographies, negotiating for cost-effective solutions.- Compliance Management : Create and maintain a compliance database for various states, ensuring all operations adhere to local laws.- Risk Management : Identify potential risks associated with client contracts and ensure proactive measures are in place to mitigate defaults.- Collaboration : Work closely with the business development team to facilitate a seamless handover of qualified leads and provide support throughout the sales process.- Market Monitoring : Continuously analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for lead generation.Requirements :- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in EOR services or related fields.- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.- Understanding of compliance requirements within the payroll industry.- Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking sales activities and managing client relationships.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field preferred.- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the HR/EOR/IT staffing industry.
