Job Summary :The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics that communicate our brand message effectively. This role involves collaborating with various departments to produce high-quality designs for print and digital media, including marketing materials, social media content, and website graphics.Key Responsibilities :- Design compelling graphics and layouts for a variety of projects, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media posts, and email campaigns.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual content that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.- Create and edit images, illustrations, and infographics that enhance communication and engagement.- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company s branding and messaging.- Prepare and deliver final design files for production and digital distribution.- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.- Provide feedback and support to junior designers or interns, if applicable.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.- Attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.Preferred Skills :- Experience in web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an advantage.- Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation.
