We are hiring for the following 2 roles for a Bangalore based Event Management Agency.Role :1. Senior Account Executive - Client Servicing - 4 - 6 years - Reports to Account Manager2. Account Manager - Client Servicing - 6 years - Reports to Account DirectorExperience in client servicing in Event Management is mandatory.Location : DelhiJob Type : Full-Time - Please note this is a work from office role - 5 days workingAbout Client :We are a data, design and technology-driven Event management agency that brands with their communities through events and experiential marketing, integrated campaigns, direct marketing, digital and social media marketing, lead and demand generation, data building and profiling, revenue focused campaigns and audience acquisition. We are a 60 people strong, 11 year old and well established Marketing Services company. Over the last decade, we have designed and delivered experiential marketing campaigns for brands like Red Hat, Google, Microsoft, AWS, VMware, Salesforce, Tableau, Automation Anywhere, IBM, Cisco, Nvidia and other noteworthy fortune brands.Specialties :Focused marketing services, Community marketing, Events, roadshows and Seminars, Data intelligence, audience acquisition and response management, Creative - communication, experience design, collateral development, Digital marketing, and Experiential MarketingJob Description :- The position of Assistant Executive / Account Manager - Client Servicing has a pivotal role within our organization.- This individual will be responsible for managing one or more accounts and will function as the direct point of contact.- This position works under close supervision and must be comfortable coordinating with various internal teams.
-The Assistant Manager/Manager must be able to handle high stress situations and manage client expectations effectively.Key Responsibilities :Client Relationship Management : Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Act as the liaison between the client and departments within the Agency, ensure the brief is SPOT ON, put together the client presentation and execute overall project deliverables as per timelines.Project Management : Oversee briefing, project management, budget controls, and project traffic management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Account Development : Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain a favorable relationship with clients.Qualifications :- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience for Account Executive and 6 years of experience for Account Manager role in account management in the Event management agency/industry.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
