We are looking forward to hire Area Sales Manager (ASM) for Hyderabad Location Requirement :Who can build and handle a team of approx. 40-50 BDEs in various locations. Candidates will be responsible for handling and motivating the team for meeting monthly listing target without compromising the quality of listing.Job Role :- Merchant Onboarding in assigned geography.- Ensure to achieve 100% Monthly Targets.- Recruit, Train and Build a team of Field Sales Executives and Team Leaders.- Keep the team motivated and lead from front.- Ensure to meet Quality parameters as per set norms.Key Skills :- Good Team leader with proven track record- Should be competitive and confident- Should have the zeal to achieve daily targets.- Should be excellent with verbal communication - English and Respective Regional Language.- Should be flexible to travel.Eligibility Requirement :- Post Graduate (MBA)- At least 4-6 years field sales experience and Minimum 2 years on supervisory role.- Experience of handling Big team would be added advantage- Good communication skills- Must have computer knowledge - Excel and Basic Data Analysis- Should be presentable in Market (ref:updazz.com)
