MakeMyTrip has also ventured into the Gulf market, offering power-packed deals on flights and hotels.Role Description :- This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Holiday Expert at MakeMyTrip Franchise Office for multiple location.- The Franchise Holiday Expert will be responsible for assisting customers with travel bookings, providing comprehensive information and choices for flights, hotels, and holiday packages. The role also involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Achieving Monthly Goals - 100% focus on Store Sales.- Seamless interface for cross-functional follow-ups.- Ensure complaint resolution within specified time frame, ensuring a Healthy NPS for the Store.- Relationship management with customers and key accounts.- Sales Hygiene- Maintain the balance between superior customer service and cost management.- Adherence to operational guidelines as trained.Essentials :- Qualifications : Any Graduate- Experience : 3 - 4 years of operational experience in the travel Industry with exposure in selling both Domestic and International Packages. (Preferably: Long Haul)- Should have extensively sold Group departures and FIT to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, USA, CIS, Japan etc.- Computer Literate.- Fluency in English and local vernacular wherever applicable.- Customer-Centric approach with excellent sales skills.Preferred :- Any Graduate- Good Numerical Aptitude- Should have demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills.- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.- Prior experience in travel industry required.Note : The selected candidates will be on the Franchisee pay roll.Locations : Chennai, Delhi, Pune, Indore, Goa, Mumbai, Bhavnagar Jodhpur and Kolhapur.
