Job Description: Designation: Branch Sales Manager (BSM) Product: Loan Against Property (LAP)Location: Delhi - Rajendra PalaceMumbai - Andheri EastBangaloreJob Responsibilities:Direct Channel Sales:- Drive direct channel sales (Open Market) efforts to the B2C market, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their financing needs.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the open market to expand the LAP customer base.Market Analysis:- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.- Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.Client Relationship Management:- Ensure exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients to build long-term relationships.- Address client queries and concerns promptly, providing professional and accurate information.Team Collaboration:- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications and documentation.- Provide regular feedback and updates to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.- This is an Individual contributor role.Communication Skills:Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively present and promote LAP products to potential clients.- Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to explain the benefits and features of LAP offerings.Key Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, specifically in the Loan Against Property segment.
