Your goal will be to drive measurable results across various digital channels, including search engines, social media, and display advertising, to achieve company growth objectives and improve ROI.Key Responsibilities :- Campaign Management : Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.- Performance Analysis : Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics. Use data insights to make recommendations for optimizing campaigns and improving conversion rates.- Budget Management : Allocate and manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI. Track spending and performance to ensure campaigns stay within budget.- A/B Testing : Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to identify the most effective approaches.- Audience Targeting : Develop and refine audience targeting strategies to reach the most relevant and high-converting segments.- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies.- Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform and adapt performance marketing strategies.- Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), ROI (Return on Investment), and conversion rates.- Optimization : Continuously optimize campaigns through data-driven insights and strategic adjustments to improve performance and achieve set KPIs.- Strategy & Planning : Strategising to solve the brands key problem statements via media tactics and planning the optimal media plans across various digital platforms.Qualifications :- Education : Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.- Experience : Proven experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles with a track record of managing successful campaigns.- Skills : Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager).
