Manager - Business Development - BFSI (2-4 Yrs) Raipur/Chhattisgarh (BFSI Sales)

Positions and Obligations :- The aim is to recognize, locate, and acquire business prospects, both immediate and future.- In line with the sales strategy, to create new business prospects both within and among existing customer bases.- Ensuring that clients continuous expectations are fulfilled is one way to maintain client retention.- Overseeing the daily sales activities, such as prospecting, market development, service agreements, proposals, and agreements.- Monitor the daily operations of the field team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to enable them to meet both personal and corporate goals.- Holding product, selling, lead prospecting, and closing skills trainings for subordinates to help them acquire the necessary abilities.- Verifies whether customers are satisfied with the product by following up with them.- Prospective consumers should be actively identified, contacted, and sales leads should be followed up.Candidates Requirements :- Graduation is mandatory- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA incentives Other BenefitsContact Details :Shrutam P | HR TeamPhone : 91 7021418037 (ref:updazz.com)
