Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities :- To recognize, locate, and seize business opportunities, both immediate and long-term.- To create new business prospects in line with the sales strategy both with existing and potential customers.- To maintain client retention by making sure that clients continuous expectations are satisfied.- Overseeing all day-to-day sales operations, such as developing proposals, service agreements, and prospects and markets.- Monitor the field team s daily activities and provide guidance, training, and motivation to help them achieve both personal and corporate goals.- Providing training on items, marketing techniques, lead prospecting, and closing techniques to subordinates so they can acquire the necessary abilities.- Checks in with any clients to ensure their satisfaction with the goods.- Proactively locating and getting in touch with prospective clients, as well as following up on sales leads.Candidates Requirements :- Graduation is mandatory- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA incentives Other BenefitsContact Details :Shrutam P | HR TeamPhone : 91 7021418037 (ref:updazz.com)
