Key Responsibilities :- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.- Client Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions that address their challenges.- Sales Process Management : Manage the end-to-end sales process, including initial contact, follow-up, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our solutions and identify new opportunities.- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in our CRM system. Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager.- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.Requirements and skills :- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role- Candidate should have 8 years of full sales cycle experience in Software Industry.- Preferably includes 5 years of experience with Robotic Process Automation.- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
