Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets in a fast-paced B2B environment, focusing on closing channel sales deals.- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives and sales targets.- Source new sales opportunities through internal lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.- Drive consistent high-value transactions with a focus on exceeding sales quotas.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, empowering buyers throughout the sales process.- Analyze competitive landscapes, perform user segmentation, and develop a deep understanding of the market.- Use data and insights to shape sales narratives, refine priorities, and communicate clearly across teams.- Work with the team to build pipeline and close deals in rapid sales cycle.Candidates Requirements :- Graduation is mandatory- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA Incentives Other BenefitsContact Details :Shrutam P | HR TeamPhone : 91 7021418037 (ref:updazz.com)
