Job Description: This work-from-home Telecaller position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset. You will play a vital role in reaching out to potential candidates, convert leads, and onboard.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective candidates, introducing Solviffy s&
Respond to inbound inquiries professionally, providing accurate information about our services.
Schedule appointments for the consulting team and follow up with leads.
Maintain detailed call records and track the status of interactions.
Meet and exceed monthly targets related to calls and lead generation.
Follow up with customers for feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Adhere to call scripts and guidelines for consistent service delivery.
