Generate sales reports to track performance and provide insights.- CRM Management : Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate customer information, sales activities, and pipeline status.- Customer Inquiries and Complaints : Respond to customer inquiries, providing information about products, services, pricing, and availability.
