Associate - Masses - Self Serve Job Description :The Role Context : Handling the operations and deployment of Wadhwani Opportunity offerings and product. The role will involve day to day transactions and connect with partner organizations and share periodic data and report analysis.Key Responsibilities :- Ensure the best possible learner experience and outcomes.- Provide reports on weekly enrollments, completion and transformation.- Provide virtual support (emails/over the call) to institutions/partners/students.- Support in achieving organizational goals by ensuring quality outcome i.e. students enrollments & completion through marketing effort.- Support in field visits to collect feedback from students and institutions and partners.- Support in managing records and data files of ongoing programs.- Support in monitoring students performance.- Support institutions/partner/students enrolling for the self-serve are engaged with the program.- To support WSN mission and always have beneficiary first mindset.- Use data & reports for analytics & action planning.Skills & Experience :- Qualifications : Bachelor s degree- Experience : 5 - 6 years- Should have experience in working with online programs/edtech.- Preferred Basic Understanding of Education & online Skilling eco-system.
