Skills : Inbound/Outbound CallingExperience : 0-1 years of experienceWork Location : BangaloreRoles & Responsibilities :- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.- Understand customer needs and requirements.- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.- Research accounts, identify decision makers and generate interest.- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.- Generate 2 meetings daily and assign sales executive for meetings.- Maintain call and data entry accuracy levels between levels of 95% or better.- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.- Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management.- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team.Qualities Required :- Self-motivated and organized individual.- Creative, Self-confident, Enthusiastic, and polite.- Language preferred- English- Only Female CandidatesEducation and Experience- 12th Grade Pass or Fresh Graduate Or 1-year experience in Tele sales/ Telemarketing/Direct Sales / Customer Engagement process.
