Responsibilities:Installation and Setup:
Install water purifiers at customer locations according to manufacturer guidelines. Configure and test equipment to ensure proper functioning. Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance on water purifiers, including filter changes and system cleanings. Diagnose and repair malfunctions in water purifier systems. Replace defective parts as needed. Customer Service: Respond to customer service calls promptly. Provide customers with detailed explanations of issues and solutions. Offer advice on maintenance and proper usage of water purifiers. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Generate and submit service reports after each visit. Inventory Management: Keep track of parts and supplies inventory. Notify management when supplies are running low. Training and Development: Stay updated with the latest technologies and service techniques in the water purification industry. Attend training sessions as required. Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
