Project Overview:

Bechtel is seeking to work with a major Indian corporation to provide Project Management Consultant (PMC) Services and Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Services for offsites and utilities (OSBL) for a multi:billion:dollar upgrade / expansion of an existing petrochemical facilities in India. The PMC Services will be led out of India with personnel deployed in Mumbai region, the project sites in India, as well as several key contractor locations across India. The EPCM Services for OSBL will be led out of Bechtel 's India offices. Both scopes, PMC and EPCM, are substantial with multi:million job:hours estimated across them.
This position will start as an assignment in Mumbai, India (office) prior to the receipt of the full notice to proceed from the Owner and will eventually transition to the job site for the EPC execution of the project.
Job Summary:
Responsible for the organization and activities relating to surveying engineering including supervising and directing survey team activities, subordinate surveyors and others, as required.Ensures assigned construction operations and subcontractors ' performance are in compliance with specifications and within schedules and budgets.

Supports the implementation and monitoring of the survey program in accordance with Construction Surveying SWPP.
