Job Summary:
Reports directly to the Lead/Supervisor and interfaces with counterparts in other locations outside of India, project offices, and BBS Finance management as required. Should be responsible to independently fulfill the Key, GRC activities globally and IA.
Major Responsibilities:
:
Review each scenario which has unique exceptions, report and close those exceptions on daily basis in Key Controls (oracle tool).
:
GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) in which additional controls are identified to review, report and close those exceptions.
:
Internal Audit (IA) Controls in which additional controls are identified to review, report and close those exceptions (Power BI tool).
:
Review current exceptions and give suggestions to improve processes and increase the scope of control.
Actively
communicates
with other departments and follows up on corrective actions. Coordinates with Lead / Supervisor to ensure that information required
supporting
both internal and external customer information are obtained and updated/provided in a timely manner.
Education and Experience Requirements:
:
Bachelor 's degree in accounting or a related field and at 1:7 years of accounting experience.
:
Should possess knowledge of General Ledger/ Account Payable and Vendor Admin.
:
Good analytical skills.
:
Basic skills in the areas of oral and written communications, MS Office suite of applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook and PBI).

Must have legal right to work in India without sponsorship
Required Knowledge and Skills:
:
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
:
Prior experience in Accounts Payable and General Ledger accounting operation using a major ERP (Oracle/SAP/other) system is highly desirable.

Must be dependable, punctual, conscientious, and function well in a team environment.
