-Consult with product development personnel on product specifications, such as design ,color, or packaging and study on NPD.
-Drives the evolution of the brand and its positioning, builds brand proposition for the new products to be launched.
-Collate and Analyze market trends, Monitor competitor activities - Assist in developing the Annual Brand Plan in conjunction with the Marketing Head - Responsible for analysis on Market trends, consumer insights and competitors activities - Recommend consumer promotions schemes, plan and execute consumer events - Shape and communicate the marketing vision and missionDesired Candidate Details : - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
