Job Description
- Seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager-Prime LAP to lead our sales team in Pune Region.- Responsible for driving sales growth, expanding customer base, and achieving revenue targets within the banking sector.Responsibilities :- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the region.- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs.- Conduct market analysis and competitor research.- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support sales initiatives.Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.- 15 years of sales management experience in Mortgage/LAP/HL.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Sound understanding of banking products and regulatory requirements.
