Job Description
- As a B2B Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and nurturing potential B2B clients who could benefit from our IT services and products.- This role is essential in creating a strong sales pipeline with qualified leads and driving revenue growth for our organization.Key Responsibilities :Lead Identification : Research and identify potential B2B clients through various channels, including online research, linkedin, calling, business directories, associations, forums etc.Outreach : Initiate outbound communication with leads through emails, cold calls, and social networking platforms to introduce our services and products.- Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and timeline. Understand their specific needs and challenges to determine the best solutions.Relationship Building : Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, establishing trust and rapport to progress leads through the sales funnel.Lead Nurturing : Employ lead nurturing practices, to keep potential clients engaged and interested, including follow-up emails, content sharing, and webinars.Database Management : Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM system with lead information and communication history.Collaboration : Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads to the sales department.Reporting : Generate regular reports on lead generation and conversion activities, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.Qualifications :- Proven experience as a B2B lead generation executive, preferably in the IT services and product industry.- Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead generation processes.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.- Knowledge of CRM software and lead tracking tools.- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Familiarity with IT services and products is a plus.- Experience in selling IT Services, Technology platform, SaaS Products, platform-based products.- A deep understanding of the latest communication technologies, preferably email and online meetings and demo.- Must be good at communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.- Should be a great writer, speaker, and listener.- Highly self driven, organized, outstanding time management skills and able to multitask.- Independent, can work with minimum supervision but at the same time can efficiently work with internal and overseas teams.- Must have good presentation skills and negotiation skills wrt daily and weekly progressExperience : 1-3 yearsNo. of Vacancies : 2-3Job Location : Hyderabad, Telangana State, IndiaEducation :- Management Graduate (MBA Sales/Marketing preferred) 1-3 years of professional work experience in generating B2B leads for sales and business development in USA or BTech IT / CSE with Minimum 3Year B2B Lead Generation experience (ref:updazz.com)
