Role Details :Position : Executive/Sr. Executive - Tele SalesLocation : NoidaQualification : B.Tech & MBAExperience : Minimum 1 Year in Inside SalesWorking Days : Monday - Friday (Last Saturday of every month as well)Shift Timing : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMCTC : Up to 3 LPA to 3.6 LPA IncentivesInterview Round : Face-to-FaceRequirements :- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to persuade and influence others.- Strong negotiation skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Minimum 75% aggregate in 10th & 12th, and 65% in UG & PG.- MBA candidates Responsibilities :- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.- Understand customer needs and requirements.- Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.- Achieve and exceed sales targets.- Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities.- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.- Provide feedback to management on customer trends.
