India s Leading Life Insurance Company is looking for a Branch Head in the Agency Business Partner Channel for India s Leading Insurance Company.Job Roles and Responsibilities :- Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers, agents, and support staff to drive life insurance product sales.- Recruit, train, and develop on-roll Sales Managers and agents to ensure high performance.- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and provide necessary guidance.- Set and achieve sales targets for life insurance policies, ensuring the branch meets monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the local market to attract new customers and retain existing ones.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.- Resolve customer queries and issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.- Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, ethical practices, and company policies.Qualification and Experience :- Experience : 8 to 10 Years in Life Insurance - agency and direct channel with 2 to 4 Years in Team Management- Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow the business.- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality service.- Ability to analyse situations, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.- In-depth understanding of the life insurance market, product offerings, and regulatory requirements.
