In Agriculture, preferred with MBA- Minimum 5 years of experience in fertilizer sales or category management at Zonal/National level with Good Industry connect- Proven track record of managing product categories & targets- Excellent negotiation skills and vendor management abilities.- Familiarity with Indian fertilizer regulations and market dynamics.- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
