Area/Geography Mapping- Conduct lane-to-lane/area mapping regularly- Work with supervisor for mapping execution- Identify new sources in allocated areas- Report progress during team huddles2. Source Relationship Management- Manage relationships with assigned and identified sources- Understand source potential- Monitor and maintain LSR, SLR, and MS ratios- Utilize relationship-building tools effectively3.
