We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to lead our team at a premier car dealership in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the automobile sector and be skilled in driving sales, managing a team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibility :- Maintain accurate sales records and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
-Monitor sales metrics to evaluate progress and optimize strategies for meeting sales goals.
-Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination: - Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment in meeting customer needs and expectations.
-Collaborate with the supply chain to ensure product availability and timely deliveries for seamless service. Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field.
-1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the BFSI sector.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
