Job descriptionResponsibilities:Create, curate, and manage engaging content tailored to each social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.- Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance monitoring.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions to build a loyal and engaged community.- Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and generate insightful reports- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and platform algorithm changes to ensure our strategies remain effective and innovative.Qualifications:-Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media optimization.- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences.- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Job Types: Full-time, InternshipContract length: 6 monthsPay: - 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person (ref:updazz.com)
