BPO/Telecaller

Role And Responsibilities:-

Answer phone calls and handle queries while visit at the office.

Greet clients and direct them to an appropriate person.

Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.

Good communication skills.

Eager to learn and work

Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.

Obtaining and updating lists of individuals ' contact details.

You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.

Candidates who are good at English.

Addressing clients, uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.

Noting important details of each conversation.

Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.

Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.

You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others ' dispositions.

Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.

Asking inquiries to interact with customers and keep the speech communication going.

Listening to the customers ' has to generate repeat sales.

Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.

Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going

You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams

Escalating customer feedback as required.

The candidate should be calm-minded and able to work under pressure.

You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
