Job Description
The key areas of responsibilities are as follows:&
- Increase AUM, net Sales, and market Share of& AMC at the Branch
- Channel management across IFA s, National Distributors and Banks
- Ensure standards of Customer Service and Compliance are met at the Branch
- Monitoring the servicing of clients with regards to their payments, redemptions, and specific queries
- Regular MIS reporting&
Knowledge & Essential Skills:&
- Ability to think through & implement necessary strategies to insure healthy shares in the region
- Relationship management skills necessary to manage high end distributors & investors.
- Good Knowledge in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector)
- High Enthusiasm & Aggression
- Team Managing Skills
- Pleasing personality & an excellent communication skills
