Tele Caller - Real Estate Sales

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls:
o Initiate calls to potential customers to introduce the company s real estate projects.
o Provide detailed information about the properties, including location, pricing, amenities, and other project features.
o Engage customers by answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
2. Inbound Call Handling:
o Answer incoming calls from prospective clients, providing them with the information they need.
o Capture lead information accurately and direct the inquiry to the appropriate sales representative if necessary.
3. Lead Qualification:
o Assess the needs and preferences of prospective clients to determine their level of interest and potential fit with available properties.
o Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, property type, and location preferences.
4. Follow-Up:
o Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects who have shown interest in properties to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
o Send follow-up emails, messages, and other communications as necessary to nurture leads.
5. Appointment Scheduling:
o Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
o Liaise with the sales team to ensure that they are prepared for client meetings and site visits.
6. CRM Management:
o Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and customer interactions in the company s CRM system.
o Track the status of leads and provide regular reports on follow-ups, conversions, and feedback.
7. Market Feedback:
o Collect and report customer feedback, including objections and areas of interest, to help refine sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
o Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the real estate sector.
8. Sales Support:
o Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
o Provide administrative support, including document preparation and data entry.
