Responsibilities :- Sell residential properties in Kompally, Hyderabad.- Achieve maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment within the designated zone/territory.- Facilitate negotiation processes and advise clients on market conditions and prices.- Provide consultation to customers for marketing and purchasing property, ensuring the best deals under favorable terms.- Understand clients needs and propose suitable solutions.- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values.- Accompany customers on site visits, display properties, and manage routine calls.- Develop and maintain a strong network with channel partners/brokers to promote sales.- Participate in marketing initiatives, industry events, exhibitions, and brand events.- Stay updated on developments in the residential real estate sector and understand the impact of micro and macroeconomics on the industry.
