Requirements:1. Prior experience in the same domain liaison with customers and vendors, selling wedding services, etc.2. A minimum of 1 year in the above domain.3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.4. Strong selling skills would be a huge plus.5. Needs to be customer centric with a high degree of customer empathy.Key responsibilities:1. Handle incoming customer enquiries via multiple channels, assist and lead to conversion.2. Pro-actively reaching out to identified high intent customers who would need assistance in wedding planning services.3. Understanding customer requirements, identify the most appropriate vendors suggestions and finalise vendors working alongside customers through multiple iterations.4.
