This key leadership position will be responsible for spearheading our Branch Office initiative and playing a pivotal role in the expansion and growth of our business.Key Responsibilities :- Head Branch Network for NCR and South.- Responsible for business development & Profitability across retail products. Along with team building and back up for each function.- To work on AOP (Annual operating plan) & ensure to get it achieved.- Planning and Implementation of Business Strategy.- Responsible for Revenue & profitability of location.- Responsible for client acquisition & BP acquisition for North location.- Responsible for recruitment & retention of employee.- Observe strict compliance of the organization to deliver quality business.- Arrange training sessions for employees, clients & business partners- Handling a team of 100 people (NCR Branches) .- Responsible for setting targets and revenue planning.- Risk Management & Customer relationship management.
-Experienced Technical Analyst.Qualifications :- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.- Proven track record in business development and partner relationship management, especially in the insurance or financial services sector.- Previous experience in franchise business models is a strong advantage.- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.- Ability to think strategically, set clear objectives, and drive results.- Willingness to travel as needed.- Location : The position is based out of Delhi, Chennai, India, with travel required to various locations within India.
