Voice Calling Agent

Location: Remote Work From Home for US process& (US Central Time Zone)
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Voice Calling Agent to join our team for the long term! This remote position requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities: Conduct voice calls with clients and customers. Provide information and assistance as needed. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions. Meet performance metrics and targets.
Requirements: Must be located in Hyderabad and able to work during US Central Time hours and India Standard Time. Access to a laptop or PC with basic hardware requirements (headset, microphone, stable internet connection). Strong verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
Skills Preferred (Training Available): Familiarity with Dialer systems (Batch Dialer or Mojo Dialer)& Familiarity with CRM Systems& (REI Reply or Go High Level,) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.). Proficiency with Meeting Tools (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)& Basic troubleshooting skills for software and hardware issues.
Training: Necessary training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed in your role.
