Sales ManagerResponsibilities :- Develop and execute strategic plans to engage with doctors and healthcare professionals to promote Gini Health s services and products.- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, diabetes specialists, and other healthcare professionals to drive referrals and partnerships.- Conduct meetings with doctors and healthcare professionals to provide detailed information about Gini Health s offerings, including diagnostic services, treatment options, and patient support programs.- Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.- Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding Gini Health s presence in the healthcare community, including participation in medical conferences, events, and professional associations.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to doctors and healthcare professionals to effectively communicate the value proposition of Gini Health.- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction, and provide regular reports to senior management.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Management, or related field. Master s degree preferred.- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong understanding of diabetes care and management, including knowledge of diagnostic procedures, treatment options, and patient support services.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth.- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering value to customers.- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.- Willingness to travel as needed.
