Role & Responsibilities :1. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of insurance agents.2. Set sales targets and objectives for individual agents and the agency as a whole.3. Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.5. Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders6. Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.7.
