Job Description
Customer Interaction :- Provide support to US-based customers via phone, email, and chat.- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to jewellery products.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.Order Management :- Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.- Track and manage order status, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues that may arise.- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.Sales Support :- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.- Provide support in managing sales pipelines and tracking sales metrics.- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.Product Knowledge :- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the jewellery products offered.- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers.- Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches.Reporting and Documentation :- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, sales performance, and support activities.- Document customer feedback and provide insights for product and service improvements.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.Collaboration :- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive customer support.- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements and best practices.- Provide training and support to new team members.Qualifications :- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the jewellery industry.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to work night shifts to support US customers.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
